i have just registered at this college yesterday to participate in culinary arts thingy...but it's just a short term like 2 months only...so what i will learn later is all bout pastry and bread making as im so into it...my class will be on february 3..it's about a month to wait...huhuhu...i really cant wait to attend the course...so, i just wanna thank my both parents, grandma, sisters, cousins and my bestfriends - nd and kameel, for supporting me in many ways...i love u guys so muchhhhhhhhhh!!!!

i think it does not require any requirements..
it's just a short course so i dont think it needs any of them...
plus, it does say it opens to all people from amateurs to professional...
anyone can join the club..
but still it starts after working hours from 6.30pm to 9.30pm..
so it's ok for me coz i can be there after finishing up my works here...hhahaa..

actually, there are lots of stuff to explain here since it is totally great activity to participate...
lots of courses about culinology there..
mine is pastry and bread making..
and the others are wine, western cuisine, asian cuisine...
then each of them is divided into 3 parts...basic, advance and...i forgot lor...
actually my sis yg interested.. she really wants to become a chef... n as far as i hate to admit this, but she's really good at baking n cooking... sheesh~.. but she's in form 4 now... long way to go... but she had a fight tho with my father.. my father sruh amik science stream n she wanted ERT...

my mom encourages me to take medic as she says the future awaits me there...it's not like i dont really like medic, but i love culinary too...n thats y, after several discussions and fights, i decided to take both to please both sides...as a result, taylor's is the best place to learn culinary thingy as it equips me with everything..notes, recipes, pastry tools etc..all these stuff are ours and we have to bring em during class sessions..and i just need to attend the class with those tools and tupperwares to bring all the pastries back home..simple ayte??
