1. i dun have any girlfriends or boyfriends coz i really dun need them as i always have my family and friends to cheer up my day...

3. study at Taylor's College School of Hospitality And Tourism in Petaling Jaya...but it is just a short course of Pastry...

5. cooking is my passion and maybe one fine day, i will own my bakery shop or a restaurant...be my partner but my share will be higher than u..!!!hik hik...

6. it annoys me everytime i see couples in public...why they wanna waste their time, money just because to please each other..??i dun understand about it...

7..this is REALLY IMPORTANT..!!!i HATE commitment..!!!!i dun need to please one side just because i have to do it..being a single man is really fun...no need to think and worry about other's feelings...

MORNING GLORY MUFFINS (makes 6 muffins)

ok...

this session, we are gonna make muffins...

it is as simple as ABC coz all the ingredients are easy to find in supermarket...

so lets try!!!

ingredients:

150g of soft flour

150g of brown sugar

1 tsp of baking soda

1 tsp of cinnamon

a pinch of salt

50g of coconut, shredded

50g of raisins

70g of carrot, grated

70g of pineapples, crushed

2 eggs

100ml of vegetable oil

1/2 of vanilla

1/8 of molasses

how to make / methods :

1) Sift all the dry ingredients and then blen in raisins, coconut, carrots and pineapples.

2) Combine eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla in another bowl.

3) Blend the dry mixture into the egg mixture and fold it gently.

4) Bake at 1900 for about 25 minutes.

hotting up..!!

it's been quite awhile im not posting anything here..the reason is thats bcoz im soooooo busy with my works...fyi, i just appointed as librian at my mom's department...so, that means im no longer PENGANGGUR TERHORMAT...hahaahaaa..but then it's just for 3 months coz i will attend some language class in may...ok, i have to continue my work now...so have a great day guys...muax!!!

here i come...

i have just registered at this college yesterday to participate in culinary arts thingy...but it's just a short term like 2 months only...so what i will learn later is all bout pastry and bread making as im so into it...my class will be on february 3..it's about a month to wait...huhuhu...i really cant wait to attend the course...so, i just wanna thank my both parents, grandma, sisters, cousins and my bestfriends - nd and kameel, for supporting me in many ways...i love u guys so muchhhhhhhhhh!!!!
